How do we purchase parking?

Parking is available to all tenants for purchase through the Chenango Place management office for $50 per month.

What size are the beds?

Full/XL. Queen size sheets will fit.

What color are the walls in the apartment?

All of the walls in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common living area are white, with the exception of one (1) gray accent wall in the living room.

What type of flooring does the apartment have?

Each apartment has a laminate wood floor in the kitchen and living area, with carpet in the bedrooms. All of these finishings are similar to the model unit.

Can we hang pictures, etc. on the walls?

Yes, as long as you abide by the rules stated in your lease.

How do I access the Cinema Room?

The Cinema Room is accessible on a first-come, first-served basis, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, using your key fob.

I have an overnight guest that stays regularly, does he/she have to keep signing in every time he/she visits and I am not with him/her?

Yes. While we realize this is burdensome, your safety and security is our number one priority. Therefore, we cannot let anyone unattended by a resident enter the building without first receiving approval from you and signing in at the front desk. This is a strict policy and is in place to protect you.

How do I renew my lease for next year?

Please come see us at the Chenango Place Management Office and we will facilitate lease renewals.
